Kristine Quinby, M.Ed., BCBA

Executive Director

Kristine is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Kristine holds a Masters in Special Education from Penn State University and received her Bachelors at Rider University in Elementary Education and Psychology.  As a Certified Elementary and Special Education Teacher, Kristine has worked with individuals with special needs as a Therapeutic Support Staff, Case Manager, Unit Supervisor in a Residential Treatment Facility, Classroom Aide, and Teacher.  She has been self employed as a Consultant to families and school districts for over 6 years.  In addition, Kristine has participated in the Pennsylvania Autism Task Force, Community Connections for All Children, and Bucks County Autism Task Force.  She is currently active in the Pennsylvania Association Council for Exceptional Children (PACEC).

Allison Traina, B.A.

Executive Assistant and Training Specialist
Allison Traina has over 4 years experience working with individuals with Autism and similar developmental disabilities. She has worked as a clinic and home-based therapist using ABA. Some of the procedures she has utilized include discrete trial, functional analysis, PECS, sign language and specific behavior protocols. As a Training Specialist, Allison is responsible for training, educating, and evaluating therapists on their implementation of ABA procedures. In addition, she presents at conferences and gives workshops at the Potential Inc. clinic. Allison graduated from Lehigh University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Allison is the recipient of several scholarly awards including National Deans List, publication in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and membership to Psi Chi the National Psychology Honors Society. Allison is currently a fulltime graduate student at Nova Southeastern University in their Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology Program with an Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis Concentration. She will sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam at the completion of Masters Degree Program in 2009.
