    At Potential, we believe that a well written IEP benefits the School District/IU, the Family, and, most importantly, the Student.  We also believe that the IEP is a process that involves the entire team of professionals and caregivers.  Although IEP meetings generally take place only once a year, families and schools must work together for the entire school career of the student which can span up to 18 years.  It is important that families and schools work together and it is the goal of Potential to assist all parties in creating a friendly and productive environment.
